James’s promotion comes as our CEO, Tim Winter, transitions to lead Paradigm’s operations in Charleston, South Carolina. Tim recognized James’ outstanding contributions and leadership capabilities over the past few years, so he appointed James as General Manager to continue driving our mission forward in the DMV region.
