Paradigm would be happy to help you understand the natural advantages of your lot type when you are preparing to build your custom home. There are many different lot types that are common in Northern Virginia as well as the surrounding area, and each presents different advantages and challenges. We will discuss how lot types are determined, what options each lot type presents, and, if you haven’t purchased the lot already, which lot type would best fit your dream home.

Yes, we’d love to help you find your perfect lot for a Pop Top or Custom Home. We have a licensed real estate agent on staff as well as several partners that have access to off market opportunities that can help you find what you’re looking for.

We have experience building all styles and sizes of homes, and we want to help you build the perfect home that best fits your family. Each project will be informed by our years of experience and revolutionary program and process, which can provide creative home solutions to help you achieve your home-related goals.

There are so many different facets of the home build that drive the overall budget. Your project will be uniquely designed for you and your family, so the actual cost will be driven by the overall size of the home, the design style, features, and finishes you choose, as well as the lot specific site conditions. We will never provide square footage pricing because it does not reflect actual costs and it is important to us to set realistic expectations with our clients up front.
