Leesburg, Virginia – April 12, 2013 – Cupcakes Actually is opening their second location in Leesburg on April 15, which  was built by local custom construction company, Paradigm Homes.
The new store is located at 1607 Village Market Boulevard at The Village at Leesburg.
“We specialize in creating unique commercial spaces, as well as custom homes, and whenever we plan a new project, the most important thing is clarifying exactly what our client wants to accomplish with their new custom project,” said Tim Winter, CEO and founder of Paradigm Homes.
“In this case, we know Cupcakes Actually very well, helped with their first location, and we’re big fans of their product. So it was very easy for us to help them execute the experience they wanted for their customers. When you walk in to the store, you should really get the feeling that you’re stepping into an active, thriving bakery, and the functional layout and structure should reinforce that message.  We wanted it to be a space where people could come with their friends and family to hang out and indulge in the sweeter things in life.”
In addition to their award-winning cupcake selections, the Leesburg location will feature a new and extended menu to include gourmet coffees, gelato and breakfast pastries.  “Our entire team is excited. We have unique cupcakes, and now we have additional offerings to enhance the overall Cupcakes Actually experience,” said Jen Neiman, one of the owners of Cupcakes Actually.
“After the success of our Fairfax location, we knew we wanted to be in Leesburg and that it was the ideal location for our second shop.”
