In April, we were contacted by homeowners of an Arlington house who’d been assigned to work overseas for several years. During that time, the house had been occupied by a number of different renters and between wear and tear and the age of the house, it was time to update. The challenge? Get the job done before the homeowners were back in the states. We went to work and communicated by email and Skype and they made final selections through viewing online photos…..and a bit of trust in us!

Take a look at the before and after:

Original Master Bath

Almost refreshed!

The kitchen was closed off and needed updated finishes.

Another view of the original kitchen.

The new cabinets are in and the kitchen space is opened up! The kitchen benefited in a couple key ways - more openness for working in and yet, more storage!

The kitchen appliances and granite are in – it looks great even before it’s cleaned up!

The original rec room had old vinyl flooring and individual ceiling tiles.

The new rec room has beautiful tile and an almost finished drywalled ceiling gives the space an updated look.

Did we make the deadline?! We’re pleased to say that yes, the job was completed, the homeowners are back stateside, living in the house, and are extremely happy with their updated home.  We’d be happy to do the same for you, all you need to do is reach out to us through our contact page to get the process started!
