Northern Virginia Builder Now Offers Three Custom Floor Plans
Fairfax, Virginia (September 12, 2013) – Paradigm Homes, a custom home builder in Northern Virginia, announced today that it has released three floor plans that homebuyers can choose from when commissioning a new home. Â Previously, all homes built by Paradigm were drawn exclusively to the specifications of the customer. Â The newly available floor plans contain many of the most frequently requested features in custom homes and are ready to be built immediately, or the owner will have the option to make customizations.
“This is about giving customers more ways to get the home that they’ve always wanted,” said Tim Winter, President and founder of Paradigm Homes.  “These custom floor plans offer our clients a ready-to-build roadmap or can represent a starting point for our customers  in which they can add their own touch.  In many ways, this makes owning a customized home more accessible to a larger number of people.”
The floor plans are influenced by the hundreds of custom homes that Paradigm Homes has built over the years for individual customers, and include many of the most popular features that buyers look for in a new home, but allow buyers to move through the planning and construction process more quickly and easily.
In addition to being able to build on a customer’s own lot, Paradigm Homes has several lots currently available in Northern Virginia for customers to choose from.
The three floor plans, the Wexford, the Glenshaw, and the Atherton, include spacious, open floor plans, gourmet kitchens, significant room for growing families and extensive outdoor space great for entertaining.
Based on initial interest in the first three floor plans, Paradigm expects to add additional floor plans before the end of 2013.
